ARC Construction is a Veteran-owned firm specializing in environmental remediation, interior demolition and specialty contracting services.

At ARC Construction Services we are experts in demolition and abatement.

There is a definite advantage to utilizing a single-source company to handle the complete demolition and abatement job. There is no second-guessing as to who is responsible for what aspects of the project meaning liability issues are significantly reduced. Also, our demolition experts are trained to recognize abatement hazards, keeping the jobsite safe for all trades.

From mass interior demolition projects where you need 30 workers to meet the schedule to those tricky projects like a bridge demolition that absolutely must be done at night, on the weekend, in the rain, and be finished by Monday morning at 6:00am, we can, and have done it all. And for the jobs that we haven’t done before, our experienced project managers and out of the box thinking allow us the knowledge and foresight to get things done.

Often times demolition contractors are the first ones in on a project and the first ones out. As such we set the tone of the entire job, wether its going to be riddled with difficulties and inefficiencies or wether its going to exceed expectations and run smoothly. Having a competent and experienced demolition contractor can make or break a project, and in our case, ARC makes these projects run smoother from the start.

A unique part of what we do is salvage for reuse. ARC’s sister companys utilize some of the building materials salvaged from project on renovations or ARC donates the materials to local non-profits such as Habitat for Humanity. From steel, to roofing insulation, to precast concrete, many of the building materials removed from construction sites get a second life through ARC.
