Guinness Brewery – Diageo

ARC assisted Plano-Coudon in meeting the completion date (liquidated damages would be charged) of this $100 million renovation of a 90 year old warehouse. Our team handled a variety of punchlist items that involved concrete demolition, wall openings, floor slab openings (new staircase in tap house) and sand blasting of the main entrance grand staircase that required stripping of the primer before painting. We performed over $135,000 of varying tasks to help Plano-Coudon deliver this award winning project on time to the customer.
