ARC Construction leads the region as one of the foremost interior demolition experts.

With over 35 years of experience performing interior demolition work ARC has seen pretty much everything the commercial and industrial side of construction has to offer, and what they haven’t seen, they have the facilities and personnel to find a solution for.

For Industrial work, ARC fully understands that every minute not in use, a facility is losing money. As such we practice safety, efficiency, and quality to get the job done. We ensure that projects are staffed appropriately with quality personnel to ensure that the demolition is done in a quick and efficient manner with minimal time spent on punch out and return work.

Its tough for tenants to work in an office building when they have demolition taking place on the floor above. It can be extremely noisy and disruptive and impact tenants ability to function as well as their morale. ARC is fully equipped to support any night work or off hours activities so as to minimize the impact on tenants. We have our own trucks and dumpsters so a job will not be slowed down because a delivery can’t make it on time or a dumpster wasn’t swapped when it was supposed to be. At ARC we can control every facet of our demolition activities, creating a smooth and efficient demolition process.

I want to thank you for the great job your crew did aboard the USS Constellation. The lead paint stabilization project presented us with a couple of big problems. Being a museum, which relies on admissions for most of our funding, there was no way we could close the ship to visitors. ARC’s innovative construction of an airlock passage in the ship’s forward ladderway made it possible to have visitors on the upper decks while your team worked safely below.

Although the overall complexity of Constellation’s 1854 construction details was a huge challenge for ARC, you were able to remove the lead paint from areas that we thought were inaccessible. It is truly wonderful to have the entire ship open to the public again for the first time in a decade.
