What ARC means to the people we serve...
- Gary A. McGuigan | Maryland Stadium Authority
I would like to take this opportunity to commend your company on a job well done. Your personnel did a great job on the HAZMAT abatement at the Camden Station/Babe Ruth Museum, finishing the abatement without delay. Without the expertise and experience of your team I believe the job would not have been completed on time.
It has been a pleasure and I look forward to working with you again in the future.
- Phillip C. Martien | President, Phillips Way, Inc.
ARC Construction Services has performed subcontract work for us on a variety of large and small projects over the past several years. We have always found ARC to be very knowledgeable, responsible and easy to work with. You understand the challenges of fast track projects that we undertake and work in concert with our team, which is an essential element for the successful completion of these difficult projects.
Phillips Way is confident in the abilities of ARC and looks forward to working with you again on future projects.
- Paul G. Powichroski | Ship’s Manager, USS Constellation Museum
I want to thank you for the great job your crew did aboard the USS Constellation. The lead paint stabilization project presented us with a couple of big problems. Being a museum, which relies on admissions for most of our funding, there was no way we could close the ship to visitors. ARC’s innovative construction of an airlock passage in the ship’s forward ladderway made it possible to have visitors on the upper decks while your team worked safely below.
Although the overall complexity of Constellation’s 1854 construction details was a huge challenge for ARC, you were able to remove the lead paint from areas that we thought were inaccessible. It is truly wonderful to have the entire ship open to the public again for the first time in a decade.
- David Grabowski | The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company
We would like to express our gratitude for the performance of ARC Construction Services during the renovation of Fourier Hall.
This particular project required your services for budgeting, hazardous material abatement, and general demolition. It also required a significant number of site visits for selective demolition, the majority of which were on short notice. All aspects of the project were handled professionally and completed in a timely manner.
- Lionel van Dommelen | Chief Baltimore County Bureau of Code Inspection & Enforcement
I want to thank you for sending ARC Construction Services to clean up the Kinship Road location. No other contractor has done such a thorough job. They cleaned the yard, secured a loose board on the front, boarded up the back garage window and secured the entire garage door. The entire crew were both fabulous people and workers. Great job at this site. Thank you and keep up the good work.
- Robert D. Murray, Sr. | Captain, Baltimore County Fire Department
I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your support given to the Concrete Cutting Training Session held on October 13 and 14. Without your support the training exercise would not have been able to run as smoothly as it did. I look forward to working with you again in future training opportunities.
